Our fresh gourmet mushrooms are grown on organic substrate.  We grow Lion's Mane all year around and alternate summer crops, Pink and Yellow Oysters with Winter crops, Blue and King Trumpet Oysters as well as Chestnut mushrooms. We grow Shiitakes occasionally throughout the year.

Growing with the seasons reduces our carbon footprint.
